Terms of service

These conditions apply to products and services supplied by 2333dbuild, trading as 2333D Build, at Taifa, Accra, Ghana. Contact info@2333dbuild.com for questions about these conditions.

2333D Build supplies jewellery CAD development, rendering and digital print-preparation services, together with downloadable CAD-library products. We supply digital deliverables; physical printing, casting, stone setting, finishing and shipping are completed by the customer's manufacturing partners.

Project scope and quotations

Before work begins, the quotation identifies the design, required specifications, supplied file formats, rendering, revisions and any production-preparation work. Advertised prices are starting prices. The customer should supply accurate dimensions, ring sizes, gemstone measurements, references and manufacturing requirements, and have permission to use supplied reference material.

Payment and timing

A 70% deposit is required before development begins. The remaining 30% is payable after approval and before final editable and production files are released. Typical development takes 3–12 business days, with the project estimate confirmed in the quotation. Timing starts after the deposit and complete project information are received and may pause while feedback or missing information is awaited.

Revisions and approvals

The quotation states the revision allowance, normally one to five revisions depending on the service. Changes outside the agreed scope, including changes to an approved concept, dimensions or gemstone arrangement, may require a revised quotation and schedule before further work. Approval of a render confirms appearance; it does not automatically confirm manufacturing suitability.

Files and manufacturing

Deliverables depend on the quotation or product listing and may include 3DM, STEP, STL, PreForm and rendered images. Commissioned CAD projects include an editable 3DM unless the quotation states otherwise. Customers and their manufacturers must confirm compatibility, dimensions, wall thickness, tolerances, stone seats and any required mesh or print checks for their intended process.

CAD-library licence and confidentiality

Purchased library designs may be modified and used to manufacture physical jewellery for personal use or commercial sale. Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed or uploaded to another marketplace. A manufacturer working for the purchaser may receive files solely to complete that purchaser's work and may not retain or reuse them for another customer. Original library-design ownership remains with 2333D Build unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ownership arrangements for commissioned designs should be specified in the quotation.

Client designs and project information remain confidential. Commissioned work will not be displayed publicly or added to the library without the client's permission.

Questions and cancellations

Contact info@2333dbuild.com with the order or quotation reference. Cancellations and refunds are handled under the refund policy. Nothing in these conditions limits applicable consumer rights.
