Refund policy

This policy applies to digital products and commissioned services supplied by 2333dbuild, trading as 2333D Build, at Taifa, Accra, Ghana. Contact info@2333dbuild.com for refund or cancellation requests.

Downloadable CAD-library products

Digital purchases are normally non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded, subject to applicable consumer rights. For a missing, corrupted or materially misdescribed file, or one that cannot be opened in a format expressly stated as compatible, contact info@2333dbuild.com within seven days of identifying the issue. Include the order number, affected file, software/version and a description of the problem. This request period does not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law.

We will first seek to supply the missing file, replace the file or correct the problem. If the stated issue cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund may be offered as appropriate, without limiting any refund required by applicable law.

Commissioned CAD services

The 70% deposit becomes non-refundable once development has started, subject to applicable consumer rights. If the project is cancelled before development begins, the deposit may be refunded less actual payment-processing charges where permitted by law. If 2333D Build cannot complete the agreed service, the amount covering undelivered work will be refunded.

Before approving a cancellation, we will explain the status of the work and the proposed refund. Work outside the original scope requires a revised agreement; it is not automatically included in the original fee.

Requesting help

Send refund or cancellation requests to info@2333dbuild.com with your order or quotation reference and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where supported. Processing and bank posting times will be explained when the refund is arranged.

There are no physical returns or return-shipping procedures for these digital products and services. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
